Who We Supply

Bradshaw Direct is the factory-direct furniture division of Bradshaw International. We supply approved furniture retailers, wholesalers, importers and trade buyers worldwide.

Please note: Bradshaw Direct is not a consumer furniture store. We do not sell individual pieces or fulfil orders for private homes.

Our products are sourced directly from our international manufacturing network. Each order is placed with a single factory and shipped as a full 20-foot or 40-foot container. Buyers may combine eligible products from that factory, subject to the minimum order quantity for each product.

This model gives commercial buyers access to original furniture collections at competitive US-dollar factory-direct prices.

How Factory-Direct Ordering Works

Bradshaw Direct supplies commercial customers in full-container quantities. We do not supply individual products, small consumer orders or part-container shipments.

  1. Choose a factory

Select products made by one factory. Products from different factories cannot be combined in the same container.

  1. Build your container order

Eligible products from the selected factory may be mixed, subject to the minimum order quantity for each product. Orders are planned to fill either a 20-foot or 40-foot container.

  1. Receive your FOB quotation

Prices are quoted in US dollars on an FOB basis. This means our price includes preparing the goods, transporting them to the nominated port and loading them onto the vessel.

  1. Arrange shipping and import

The buyer is responsible for international freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties, taxes and delivery from the destination port.

What is FOB?

FOB stands for Free on Board and is an international shipping term used for goods transported by sea.

Under an FOB arrangement, the seller is responsible for preparing the goods, transporting them to the nominated port, completing export requirements and loading them onto the buyer’s nominated vessel.

Once the goods have been loaded aboard the vessel at the port of shipment, responsibility and risk transfer to the buyer. The buyer is then responsible for:

  • International ocean freight
  • Shipping insurance
  • Import customs clearance
  • Duties, taxes and destination charges
  • Delivery from the destination port

The quoted FOB price therefore covers the goods and the seller’s costs up to loading at the nominated port of shipment. It does not include international freight or the costs incurred after shipment.

This definition aligns with the ICC’s Incoterms® 2020 guidance.
